chosen Incoterms CIF incurred local charges at the destination port, which had to be settled to retrieve the goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main cargo, costs, lead time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Involvement of multiple intermediaries in the transportation process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time zone differences and language barriers when dealing with intermediaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inability to choose and verify participating companies in the transport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inability to negotiate payment terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div control over the cargo and the transportation process (including time and cost):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>we pick up the goods from the manufacturer in China and deliver them to the port<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we insure the cargo and supervise its route<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we negotiate payment terms, handle documentation, and manage customs
